At least 1.8 meter (6ft) of free space around you


Mobility Assessment
Test your ability to move freely and easily, the key to healthy aging.
What you need:


A sturdy chair
A distance marker placed 3 meters (10ft) from the chair
Strength Assessment
Test your capacity for exertion or endurance.
What you need:


A sturdy chair
At least 1.8 meter (6ft) of free space around you
